Abstract: Today the E-government has played an important role in the national economy information establishment， and has had the revolutionary influence to the traditional running pattern of the government. The prompting of Egovernment system establishment has already become the key of national information system establishment. Under this background, this paper researches the design of an OA system， analyzes J2EE platform technologies, and tries to provide a worthy reference for system establishment.
